Made of 50% cotton and 50% nylon tech sateen, this jacket offers a lightweight and structured texture with excellent breathability, suitable for high-intensity sports. The fabric undergoes special processing to be wrinkle-resistant and durable while maintaining a soft, skin-friendly wearing experience.

It features a built-in polyester tech mesh lining with a hollow mesh structure to greatly enhance air circulation, helping to accelerate sweat evaporation and keep the body feeling fresh during exercise.

Crafted with Tajima multi-head computerized embroidery machines, with approximately 15,000 stitches. The crown, wheat, and letter combination emblem patterns are first fully embroidered on the base fabric. High-gloss gold and silver threads are layered with precise stitching, using fill stitch and contour lock stitch techniques to create a three-dimensional effect with tight, full lines and clean edges. After embroidery, the pieces are die-cut to obtain neatly contoured standalone embroidered patches, which are then sewn onto the garment fabric, offering both exquisite three-dimensionality and excellent wash durability, resistant to unraveling and pilling.

Utilizes high-quality silicone heat transfer printing, with text and patterns pre-printed on release film and a layer of hot-melt adhesive underneath. Using heat press equipment with precise temperature and pressure control, the letters and numbers are securely transferred to the fabric surface. The pattern surface is smooth and delicate, with a soft matte finish, tidy edges without fraying, strong adhesion, and resistance to cracking, peeling, or lifting after repeated washes. The silicone material is flexible and conforms to the garment, not stiff or uncomfortable, providing both visual clarity and a pleasant wearing experience.

The garment features high-brightness reflective piping along the silhouette, stitched along the shoulder and side seams with piping insertion technique, producing smooth, straight, and firm stitching. The reflective core material creates a striking reflective effect under light, offering both depth and safety. The reflective trim is flexible, bending naturally with the fabric and resistant to cracking or delamination after repeated washing, cleanly outlining the three-dimensional shape of the sports jacket.

Designed with classic raglan sleeves, the sleeves seamlessly connect diagonally to the body, eliminating rigid shoulder seams. The lines are smooth and soft, allowing sufficient shoulder movement without tightness during activity. The flowing diagonal lines flatter the shoulder shape, reducing the visual width, and balancing a relaxed fit with a neat, sporty silhouette.
