This T-shirt is made from 50s two-ply mercerized cotton, with extremely fine yarn diameter. The fabric surface is smooth, meeting high-end shirt standards. The mercerization process transforms the cotton fibers from flat and curly to round and swollen, enlarging the cross-section and making the surface smoother. This significantly enhances dye absorption, resulting in more saturated and vivid navy and white shades.

The tone-on-tone chest logo is made with multicolor satin stitch embroidery, integrated with contrasting thread details to create rich visual layers and tactile variation. The front embroidery features a fluffy yarn arrangement, offering a tufted-like three-dimensional texture that feels soft rather than stiff.
