The fabric uses 15-count special tightly spun cotton with a weight of 230g/m²; the compact spinning eliminates fuzz, making the fabric smooth and soft; the 230g weight provides both drape and a flexible structure, serving as an ideal base for appliqué and embroidery. Paired with 32-count 1×1 ribbing, weighing 340g/m²; the ultra-high-density heavy ribbing forms a strong edge lock, maintaining shape after washing, providing a snug but non-tight comfortable experience.  

The tightly spun fabric technology uses an air-flow gathering device to remove fuzz from the yarn surface, making the yarn smooth, round, and uniform in texture. Compared to conventional ring-spun yarn, it has significantly improved pilling resistance. The surface presents a subtle matte, high-quality texture while maintaining moderate drape and a flexible structure. The 1×1 rib structure refers to alternating knit and purl loops one by one on the front and back, giving the fabric high horizontal stretch and resilience, fully recovering its original shape when released.

Lion Mane Terry Appliqué: The pattern extends by referencing small ghost elements and is crafted using terry embroidery technique. Terry fabric consists of looped structures, densely covered with fine loops, offering a soft and fluffy texture. The terry fabric is laminated with a backing to increase stability, with embroidery thread mostly mercerized cotton, providing a delicate sheen.  

1846 Logo Embroidery and Small Letter Embellishments: The embroidery uses closely spaced stitches to form clear text outlines. Computer high-density embroidery ensures tight and clear stitches, integrating the brand's historical narrative into a playful theme. This stitching method gives the logo both a three-dimensional contour and full visual impact, appearing from the back like an independent decorative badge.  

Printed Letter Logos: The text logos use eco-friendly elastic glue print technology. Eco-friendly elastic glue belongs to covering type printing, with key advantages being high opacity and color saturation. The printing paste forms a thin, even layer on the fabric surface, completely covering the base color, allowing the text to appear bright and full on any fabric color. The elasticity is achieved by adding special softening agents to high-elastic resin, allowing the cured print layer to stretch together with the fabric.  

The key feature of the loose fit is: the shoulder line is noticeably wider than the natural shoulder width, allowing plenty of room in the chest area. The fabric drapes softly along the body contours, forming gentle folds at the shoulders and providing fluid space around the waist and abdomen.
