Crafted from a carefully selected blend of 83% cotton and 17% nylon satin. The high cotton content gives the fabric a naturally skin-friendly feel, making it breathable and moisture-absorbent, keeping it dry and comfortable on the skin without feeling stuffy, while naturally soft to the touch. 
The addition of nylon fibers greatly enhances the fabric's strength and abrasion resistance, making it less prone to snagging or pilling during prolonged wear. It also has slight elasticity, allowing unrestricted movement. Additionally, the plain weave structure keeps the surface smooth and delicate, balancing light drape and wrinkle resistance, ensuring a neat fit and easy daily care without deformation.

After fixing the fabric and embroidery paper, a special stabilizing paper is applied to prevent the fabric from shifting or wrinkling during embroidery, ensuring the pattern remains flat and accurate. (Using laser positioning to precisely align each point, keeping embroidery placement on each pocket accurate within millimeters.) Using Tajima embroidery machines with high-density satin stitch technique, the same-colored thread is selected for a refined, even stitch, resulting in smooth, full lines with clearly defined totem contours. This maintains a low-key texture, while being resistant to thread loss or snagging, and durable for washing and wearing.

Features a fully elastic waistband with moderate stretch that does not squeeze the waist; matched with a same-colored flat drawstring and a custom metal square tip engraved with a patterned logo, offering a premium feel that resists oxidation, with adjustable tightness suitable for different waist sizes. The back patch pocket is cut at a diagonal angle, sewn with double topstitching on the edges for a three-dimensional shape that keeps its form, combining practicality with decorative appeal.
