Although it seems like an extremely simple product, it actually involves countless detailed reproductions. The placket, cuffs, and collar all require stripe alignment and pattern cutting. During production, all fabric pieces need to be ironed one by one. Because the stripes need to match, the production cycle is extended. The shell buttons and custom-washed yarns, including the primary yarn, are all made separately.
