Made from lightweight cotton youth cloth denim, crafted using a tightly woven plain weave technique. The warp and weft cotton yarns are evenly interlaced, giving the fabric a delicate and clear denim texture. The touch is soft and light, while it has a moderate drape and maintains shape without easily wrinkling or deforming. The unfinished fabric is pre-washed for shrinkage and softened, removing the stiff sizing, making it lightweight and comfortable to wear, breathable, and sweat-wicking without feeling stuffy.

The Anagram pattern is created using a dedicated patch embroidery technique. First, cut denim pattern pieces are precisely aligned and placed on the patch base, fixed in the embroidery machine frame to prevent shifting. The needle double-stitches along the outer contour of the pattern to secure the fabric, while a special frayed-edge embroidery technique outlines the edges. Interlaced threads build a fluffy three-dimensional fringe texture. The multi-layer lock-stitch structure firmly secures the patch, preventing curling or detachment. The fringed texture is full and three-dimensional, and after hand finishing, the lines are neat and tidy, combining visual depth with solid durability.

Classic turn-down collar structure, with double-layered collar pieces reinforced with edge stitching. The inside of the neckline has double topstitching, preventing curling and deformation. The chest features an embroidered patch pocket paired with slanted side pockets on both sides. All pocket openings are reinforced with double topstitching, with the corners sewn securely, ensuring they do not crack or deform with daily use. The slanted pockets fit the body, balancing aesthetics and practicality.

The hem has a built-in cotton drawstring made of the same material, fixed with metal eyelets for adjustable fit; the cuffs are double-folded and stitched with double lines, with dense locking stitches for durability in washing, preventing thread breakage or fabric tearing.
