          Description

Made from lightweight cotton youth denim fabric, using a plain weave dense weaving technique. The warp and weft cotton yarns are evenly interwoven, giving the fabric a fine and clear denim texture. It feels soft and light, with a natural drape, remains crisp, and is not prone to wrinkling or deformation. The fabric has been pre-washed, pre-shrunk, and softened to remove any stiffness, making it lightweight and comfortable to wear, breathable, and sweat-wicking.

The Anagram pattern is created using a dedicated patch embroidery technique. Pre-cut denim pieces are precisely aligned on the patch base and secured in the embroidery machine frame to prevent shifting. The needle double-stitches along the outer contour of the pattern to lock the fabric in place, while special frayed-edge stitch techniques outline the edges. Interlaced threads create a fluffy, three-dimensional fringe texture. The multi-layer locking structure firmly secures the patches, preventing edges from lifting or pieces from detaching. The fringe layers are full and dimensional, and after manual finishing, the lines are clean and neat, providing both visual dimensionality and durability.

The waistband uses a widened double-layer composite piece with a built-in high-elastic elastic band. Multiple parallel topstitching lines secure it evenly, preventing slack or curling. It is paired with the same fabric drawstring, with metal eyelets reinforcing the holes. The drawstring stitching is tight, allowing adjustable waist size with a natural transition from tight to loose, ensuring comfort during long wear without constriction.

The shorts have a clean and neat overall cut, with side seams and inseams stitched with double topstitching. All corner joints and stress points at the crotch are reinforced with bartacks to prevent long-term seam breakage or tearing. Contrasting topstitching is evenly aligned, stitch length is uniform, seams are finely finished, and the interior is free of lint or burrs, combining aesthetics with structural stability.
