Nylon fibers significantly enhance the fabric's strength and durability, making it resistant to snagging and pilling, while giving it slight elasticity for unrestricted movement. The plain weave structure ensures a smooth and delicate surface, combining light drape and wrinkle resistance, giving a neat and structured look, and making it easy to care for without deforming.

After fixing the fabric and embroidery paper, a special embroidery stabilizer is applied to prevent fabric shifting and wrinkling during embroidery, ensuring the pattern remains flat and properly aligned. (Using laser positioning to precisely align every point, ensuring the embroidery positioning of each pocket has millimeter-level accuracy). Using a Tajima embroidery machine with high-density satin stitch technique, threads in matching colors are used for embroidery, resulting in fine, even stitches, smooth and full lines, and clear three-dimensional totem contours, preserving a low-key texture while being resistant to thread breaking and snagging, durable for washing and wearing.
