The fabric is carefully selected, made of 83% cotton and 17% nylon blended poplin. The high cotton content gives the fabric a naturally skin-friendly feel, breathability, and moisture absorption, keeping it dry and comfortable against the skin without feeling stuffy, with a naturally soft touch. 

The addition of nylon fibers greatly enhances the fabric's strength and durability, making it resistant to snagging and pilling, with slight elasticity for unrestricted movement. The plain weave structure keeps the fabric smooth and delicate, providing a lightweight drape and wrinkle resistance, giving a neat and stylish appearance, and making it easy to care for without deformation.

After the fabric is fixed with embroidery paper, a special embroidery backing paper is applied to prevent fabric shifting and wrinkling during embroidery, ensuring the pattern stays flat and accurate. (Each point is precisely aligned using laser positioning, keeping the embroidery placement error on each pocket within millimeter-level precision.) Using Tajima embroidery machines with high-density satin stitch techniques, threads of matching colors are used for embroidery, resulting in fine, even stitches, smooth and full lines, and clear, three-dimensional totem outlines. This preserves a low-key texture while being resistant to thread breakage and snagging, washing, and wearing.

The shorts feature a fully elastic waistband, providing moderate stretch without pinching the waist; flat drawstrings of the same color are paired with custom metal square ends engraved with pattern logos, offering a high-quality feel that resists oxidation, and allowing free adjustment of tightness to fit different waist sizes.

The back patch pockets are cut at an angle, with double topstitching along the edges, giving the pockets a three-dimensional appearance without collapsing, combining practicality and decorative effect.
