          Description

Made of pure cotton knit fabric, using 24-count specially spun dense cotton, 185g/㎡; paired with 32-count 1×1 rib, 340g/㎡. This is a medium-thick knit fabric that combines stiffness and comfort. During the pre-embroidery finishing stage, the fabric is stretched and shaped using a high-temperature fixing machine, which restores the warp and weft yarns to being straight and consistent in width through tension control, eliminating wrinkles and internal stress from previous processes. The dense spinning technology itself aligns the fibers parallel and significantly reduces fuzz, resulting in a smooth surface; the shaped fabric combines stiffness and softness with a moderate drape.

The front is adorned with a thistle Anagram embroidery. Tatami embroidery and satin stitch embroidery are different applications of the same type of stitch. Their core feature is achieving large-area smooth filling or delicate edge outlining through high-density, regularly arranged parallel stitches. The stitches are closely arranged in a fixed direction, forming a texture similar to tatami straw mats.

This arrangement effectively reduces the unevenness caused by thread reflection and prevents fabric shrinkage and wrinkling caused by large-area embroidery. The embroidered surface is flat and dense, with a delicate sheen and solid touch, making it durable and three-dimensional.

This short sleeve features a loose fit with a standard length design. The shoulder seam slightly extends beyond the shoulder peak, creating a slight drop shoulder effect; the body has a straight cut, with the chest and hem circumference being similar, offering a relaxed and comfortable wearing experience. The standard length prevents an overly long and dragging feel, creating a more balanced overall proportion.
