Loewe Wool Blend Shirt Jacket

Made from a carefully proportioned blend of fabrics, the wool provides natural warmth and crisp structure, mohair gives the fabric a delicate and fluffy texture, and a small amount of nylon enhances abrasion resistance and wrinkle resistance. The combination of the three creates an ideal medium-weight thickness, balancing warmth and lightness. Processed with a "double-sided brushing" technique, the fabric surface displays a rich short-pile texture, soft and skin-friendly like cashmere, while retaining the structure of the wool blend. The micro-check pattern features a sand beige base interwoven with gray, brown, and blue threads, woven using a yarn-dyed technique. The uniform micro-check size is delicate and understated, presenting a low-key vintage charm.

The fabric undergoes three brushing processes to ensure an even pile length (about 0.3mm) with no obvious pilling. After brushing, it is treated with a "low-temperature preshrinking" process to keep shrinkage within 2%, ensuring garment dimension stability.

The collar uses a double-layer fabric with a three-dimensional cut, with collar tip angles controlled at 80°. The collar lining is hand-stitched to stay in place, ensuring it remains crisp and retains its shape. The garment length is set 2cm below the standard waistline, preserving the neatness of a shirt while allowing it to be worn as a jacket alone. The front placket buttons are made of horn, featuring a unique amber texture. Buttonholes are sewn using a "hand-sewn buttonhole" technique, with each hole finely stitched to ensure durability. The cuffs have two matching horn buttons for adjustable fit, hugging the wrist line.

The custom leather label is made of calf leather, only 0.8mm thick, soft and elastic, with a slight oiled finish giving a warm matte sheen. Through precise embossing at 120°C and 8kg/cm² pressure, the Anagram pattern is pressed onto the leather surface with a depth of 0.2mm, lines clear and smooth, edges burr-free. After embossing, the label is hand-polished to create natural light and shadow contrasts, enhancing the three-dimensional effect of the pattern.
