Louis Vuitton Dark Pattern Textured Monogram Shirt

Made from a polyester-cotton jacquard blend fabric, the warp uses 20D ultra-fine polyester yarn, which is guided on the warp beam for jacquard threading. The base fabric is woven on a special high-speed rapier jacquard loom. The weft uses cotton yarn twisted with low-elastic fibers to create a special yarn, and the three-dimensional wrinkling effect of the fabric depends on the twist control of the weft yarn.
⚠️ Developed over a year, with multiple prototypes and more than 400 kg of yarn discarded before finally overcoming the technical challenge and testing the final twist data.
The front panel is hand-cut to restore the pattern, with a smaller and subtle jacquard design. Each piece is fully aligned, pressed, and hand-trimmed a second time to ensure the restored pattern effect. Side seams feature a small nameplate engraved with letters in pure steel. Buttons are hand-stitched in polished white brass.
