Louis Vuitton Embroidered Embossed Short Sleeve

Selected 15-count low-twist cotton yarn, tightly spun to make the fibers more cohesive during twisting, reducing fuzziness, giving the fabric both a substantial feel and a delicate surface. This fabric is firm but not stiff, capable of holding subsequent embossing without easily rebounding. By combining high-weight rib knit with fine yarn fabric, a texture that is both thick and delicate is achieved. Its function is to provide lasting elasticity at the neckline; the thick rib resists horizontal stretching, maintaining shape through repeated wear, which is key to the T-shirt’s durability.  

The LV logo is embossed using high-temperature molding, with fibers heat-set in the process to form a permanent three-dimensional pattern. Then, a computerized embroidery machine stitches tightly along the edges of the embossing, with the thread locking the embossed edges like a border. This serves first to emphasize the pattern contour with linear gloss and second to reinforce structural strength in the area, preventing premature wear at the embossed spots, keeping the decorative elements looking new for a long time.  

By layering the front and back panels in reverse, the seams and overlock stitches are neatly displayed on the outer shoulder, forming a tidy chain-like decorative line. This breaks the monotony of a plain shoulder, using variations in stitch thickness to enhance shoulder shape while visually lifting the shoulders.
