Sewing craftsmanship and vintage heavy-duty washing process:
For the entire jacket, the placket pieces and pocket flap pieces are cut and sewn with stripes “aligned.”
According to the original version method, first, the dark navy striped fabric is cut “aligned” into striped pieces, then assembled into the complete garment. Finally, the entire garment undergoes a denim washing process, heavily washed to achieve a “light blue” effect. The sample matches the original, and the inside and outside fabric styles are completely the same as the original fabric!
On the sleeves and collar, three buttonholes use the “Phoenix Eye Flat Stitch” technique (or “Round Lock Eye”), a craftsmanship generally only applied to high-end garments, requiring a specialized machine.
Embroidery technique:
