Made from functional ponge fabric, woven with high warp density and low weft density, with more warp threads per inch than weft threads. The surface has a fine and uniform diamond-grain texture, feels smooth, and has a slight sheen. The fiber characteristics give it natural moisture absorption and breathability, making it less likely to feel stuffy. The high-density structure enhances its wear resistance while maintaining good wrinkle resistance.

The other side uses single-sided fish scale fabric with a cotton base. The front is a smooth knitted surface, and the skin-contact side forms three-dimensional loops through the floating yarn knitting technique, adding fluffiness and a delicate feel. The loop structure absorbs a lot of water and evaporates quickly, remaining stable in shape and not easily deformed after multiple washes.

By actively controlling the shrinkage potential of the cotton knit side, the fabric achieves a transition from variability to stability, improving dimensional stability and resisting deformation and wrinkles.

The fabric edges are wrapped with bias-cut strips about 0.4 cm wide. After aligning the edges of the two layers, they are folded and sewn with the seam hidden inside. They are further secured by 'anchor points,' ensuring no raw edges are visible on either side, completely enclosing all seam allowances, and preventing fabric from sliding during wear.
