Prada Cotton-Nylon Patchwork Sweatshirt (Half-Zip Version)

Made with dual-material segmented patchwork, the stand-up collar and placket area use high-density nylon fabric, while the body, sleeves, and hem are made of cotton knit fabric. The nylon surface features a high-density plain weave with a delicate matte sheen, tightly woven yarns that resist tearing, and is dirt-resistant and easy to wipe clean. It maintains a structured shape after setting, stays wrinkle-free, and keeps a neat silhouette even after long-term wear. The cotton knit body uses high-elastic cotton-blend yarns, with a fine knit texture that feels soft against the skin, providing ample breathability for daily activities, absorbing sweat without feeling stuffy. It drapes softly with moderate elasticity without feeling tight.

Segmented aligned patchwork process: Pieces are pre-cut and divided by material and section. The nylon pieces at the collar and chest are precisely aligned with the cotton body, and the seams feature double-layer overlocked edges. The outer layer has evenly stitched reinforcement lines with uniform stitch length, distributing stress at the joints and greatly reducing the risk of thread breakage or seam lifting during wash and wear. There are no raw edges or fuzz inside or out, and the seams are smooth and flat.

The integrated stand-up collar is made from double-layer nylon pieces sewn together, with multiple parallel topstitching lines to maintain shape, resisting collapse or curling. The center features a custom metal nylon half-zip, with a zipper pull embossed with lettering, ensuring smooth operation.

Two slanted zip pockets on the sides feature double-layer stitched construction with matching invisible zippers. The pocket openings are reinforced with full-line stitching, resistant to deformation or splitting when pulled.

Cuffs and hem are made from high-elastic matching cotton rib knit, sewn in double folds. They maintain long-lasting elasticity without loosening or deforming, fitting the wrists and waist comfortably without tightness, blocking wind and retaining warmth during movement. The crease areas are wear-resistant and anti-pilling, with repeated washing not causing sagging or curling.
