Made of pure cotton plain weave fabric, using 32s fine cotton plain weave, 145g/㎡; paired with 24s 1×1 rib, 380g/㎡. The fabric is light and delicate. The combing process removes short fibers, making the yarn smooth and uniform with minimal fuzz, laying the foundation for a smooth and lustrous fabric. Subsequent mercerization significantly enhances gloss and dye depth, while also improving strength and dimensional stability. The mercerized cotton fabric feels silky smooth.

Classic embroidered crest logo: the crest adopts closely spaced short stitch embroidery, producing delicate, full 3D edges. The fabric is set in a high-temperature stenter to ensure consistent width and perpendicular warp and weft threads.

On the back of the embroidery area, water-soluble backing paper is applied to prevent fabric distortion and wrinkling during embroidery; it ensures short stitches are accurately placed, forming smooth contour edges; after embroidery, the backing is removed through washing or heat treatment, leaving only the full and three-dimensional crest without adhesive residue, keeping the reverse side comfortable and non-abrasive.

Square-cut style: featuring a square-cut silhouette with an H-shaped body, straight and neat shoulder lines, and similar chest and waist widths, providing a vintage and slightly loose fit. This cut creates a crisp style, with the neckline finished with high-weight rib to maintain structural stability.
